great location spacious room relaxing pool dark decor amplified noise inadequate pressure
the hotel location was great! it was easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. my room was a king studio and it felt spacious. the rooftop pool area was quite relaxing.
The room decor felt a bit too dark. All the walls were painted a dark gray. the central atrium amplified noise, and sleeping was difficult because of it. the shower lacked adequate water pressure, an issue.

Really good Stay!
efficient service spacious room rooftop bar
The valet service was VERY efficient. Fabian provided quick and friendly assistance. My room was spacious. It included a nice balcony. The bathroom had two separate sinks. The rooftop bar was inviting with a great menu and pool area.
The kiosk check-in process was a bit difficult initially. It required assistance to complete.

Emily was unbelievably attentive. She was also very friendly. Her level of service was HIGHLY excellent. I felt really taken care of during my entire visit.

The location is convenient. I could easily walk to many restaurants, shops, and even an ice cream place. A playground for kids was nearby. This made exploring the area simple.

The restaurant on the rooftop offers GREAT food. The service there is also fantastic. Yago. I will return and I hope he is there.
